How Pricing Works
The Package Price Is the Price
- A $300 deposit reserves your date and applies toward your total — it is not an added cost.
- The balance is due on or before your ceremony day. We accept cash, credit card and check.
- The deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable — date changes are always free.
- Larger than 50 guests, or want something bespoke? Reach out for a custom quote.
Not Included in the Package
- Nevada marriage license — about $102, obtained the same day from the Clark County Clerk's Office in Las Vegas.
- Transportation — Nelson Ghost Town is ~45 miles from the Strip. A personal vehicle works well; charter transport can be arranged.
- Flowers on the $850 elopement — available as an add-on.
- Outside vendors — photographers, videographers, officiants and décor suppliers are not permitted. Everything is provided in-house.

How much does a wedding at Nelson Ghost Town cost?
Three flat-rate packages: the "Just Us" Elopement is $850 for the couple only, the Intimate Gathering is $1,299 for up to 20 guests, and the Grand Celebration is $1,599 for up to 50 guests. Each price includes professional photography, a licensed officiant, a sunset ceremony option and free date changes.
What is the deposit?
A $300 deposit reserves and holds your date. It is non-refundable but fully transferable, and it applies toward your package total — so it is not an extra cost on top of the package price.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The package price is the price. The only costs outside the package are your Nevada marriage license (about $102, from the Clark County Clerk) and transportation to Nelson Ghost Town, which is roughly 45 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit card, and check. The $300 deposit is due at booking and the balance is due on or before your ceremony day.
Can I add guests beyond the package limit?
The Grand Celebration covers up to 50 total guests including the couple. If your group is larger, contact us for bespoke pricing.
What is included in the $850 elopement?
The ceremony, a licensed officiant who files your certificate with Clark County, professional photography, personalized vows, a free witness and free date changes. Flowers are not included in the $850 package but may be added on request.
Do you offer vow renewals or a photo-only session?
