Yes — a Nevada Marriage License is required and must be obtained prior to your wedding, but may be obtained the day of. The Clark County Clerk's Office in Las Vegas issues same-day licenses. We'll provide full guidance when you book.
Transportation is not included. Nelson Ghost Town is approximately 45 miles southeast of Las Vegas on Highway 165. We recommend a personal vehicle or charter. Visit our transportation partner for options.
As early as possible — peak spring and fall dates book quickly. We recommend at least 4–6 weeks out, though last-minute requests are always welcome. Your date is secured with a $300 deposit.
Yes — date changes are always free. Simply reach out and we'll move your reservation to any available date, no questions asked.
Eldorado Canyon enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year. In the rare event of extreme weather we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge — date changes are always free.
Guest smartphones are warmly welcome. Professional cameras and equipment from guests are not permitted — this preserves the integrity of the ceremony. Professional photography is included with every package.
The Just Us Elopement is couple-only (witness provided). The Intimate Gathering accommodates up to 20 guests including the couple. The Grand Celebration accommodates up to 50 guests including the couple. Need more? Contact us for bespoke pricing.
A $300 deposit is required to confirm and hold your date. The deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable — if plans change, we'll apply it toward a new date at no extra cost.
